JEFFREY ENRIGHT, MAI
 
 
Jeffrey Enright, MAI, is the principal of ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC. He has been active in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting for more than 20 years. Prior to creating the firm, Jeff was a Partner and Project Manager at Carneghi-Blum & Partners, Inc (formerly Carneghi-Bautovich and Partners, Inc.). His experience in real estate valuation extends across a broad spectrum of property types, including office, research and development (R&D), industrial, retail, residential (single and multifamily), mixed-use, vacant land, and special purpose properties including church, school, golf course, mobile home park, open space, wetlands, and public use facilities. Jeff has appraised real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as within the California counties of Mendocino, Monterey, Sacramento, San Diego and Santa Cruz, and the states of Arizona, Nevada, and Wisconsin.
 
Jeff is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with department honors in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences.  He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute, having been granted the MAI designation in 1994, and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California.
 
Jeff is a Director and former President of the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and has served as the Chapter's Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary; the Chairperson for the Chapter's Education and Courses Committee; a member of the General Experience Review Committee; and a panelist at Appraisal Institute seminars and workshops on report writing, training appraisal researchers, using technology in appraisals, and social media networking.  He has been Editor for SFBA Focus (a publication of the Appraisal Institute's local chapter) - to which he has contributed multiple articles - and has chaired Appraisal Institute seminars on Assessment and Mello-Roos bond financing and a workshop on appraisal arbitration.  Additionally, Jeff is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Right of Way Association.

Art Green originally joined ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC. as an appraisal researcher/consultant , and currently contracts with the company on a consulting basis. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, and is active in property sales on the San Francisco Peninsula. Previously, Art worked as a commercial/consumer lending consultant for Cupertino National Bank and California Security Bank, and as a commercial loan officer for Pacific Western Bank. He also has managed bank branches for Bank of the West and Hibernia Bank.
 

MARTHA HILL

Martha Hill is currently the office manager at ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC..  She is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.  Martha has extensive retail and corporate travel management background, having formerly worked at Nordstrom and Oracle Corporation.

SUNNY TONG

Sunny Tong is currently a Project Manager for ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC..  He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California, and has previous work experience in government accounting and commercial banking.  Sunny has been involved with the valuation of a variety of property types, including office, industrial, retail, land, single family, and multi-family residential, clean rooms, automobile dealerships, automobile repair facilities, and waste transfer facilities.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.  Sunny was a recipient of the George and Alberta Stauss Scholarship from the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2009.

FRED ARREDONDO, MAI

Fred Arredondo, MAI, currently works as an independent consultant for ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC.  He has prior appraisal experience with CB Richard Ellis in San Jose and The Reitman Group in Palo Alto.  His appraisal assignments include fee simple, leased fee and leasehold property rights of commercial and residential real estate in Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Fresno and San Benito Counties.  The assignments address uses in condemnation, lending, property tax appeal, litigation support, residential lot subdivision, construction defect and prescriptive easement.  Commercial properties appraised include multi-tenant office buildings, medical office buildings, R&D buildings, industrial/warehouse buildings, private schools, retail stores and vacant land.  Residential properties include multi-tenant apartment buildings, detached single family homes, condominiums and vacant land.

His background experience includes technology consulting and business ownership.  His B.S. in Chemistry is from the University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. is from California State University, Sacramento.  He received the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2008 and the George and Alberta Stauss Scholarship from the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2007.  He received the Litigation Certificate of Completion from the Appraisal Institute and holds a California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.  He is the Secretary of Chapter 42 of the International Right of Way Association and a member of the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

GEORGE COMITOS, MAI

George A. Comitos, MAI, is a project manager with ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC. Prior to his career in commercial appraisal, George completed an undergraduate degree from Florida State University. Upon graduation he entered the United States Air Force as a regularly-commissioned officer and served in The Pacific Air Forces and in The United States Air Force in Europe. While living in Europe, George was assigned to The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), where he served on an international staff of U.S., Canadian, and EU officers; he is fluent in German. After completing military service, Mr. Comitos graduated with a master’s degree, in-residence from Cornell University in New York, in 1999. George is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California, and was granted the MAI designation by The Appraisal Institute in 2009. George has prior appraisal experience with Integra San Francisco, and HVS International – San Francisco.

Commercial appraisal experience includes valuing properties in the states of California, Hawaii, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Louisiana, New York, Nevada, and Massachusetts. His experience includes appraisal of a broad range of real estate types, including: office and Class A, office high rise properties; retail and various shopping center types; and industrial properties, from warehouse and distribution to R&D/flex properties. Experience in the appraisal of specialty property types includes: luxury resorts; full- and limited-service hotels; mixed use hotel/retail properties; fast food outlets and restaurants; and multi family properties. Clients served include: institutional investors, pension funds, community lenders, publicly held companies, REITs, local governments and municipalities, as well as legal professionals. Mr. Comitos has served as an expert witness with trial experience in U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court, has appeared before a municipal board in property tax appeal, and prepared numerous depositions involving real estate testimony.

George wrote an ARGUSİ/Discounted Cash Flow seminar and instructed the like in several Appraisal Institute Chapters, and is a Board Member for The Northern California Chapter of The Appraisal Institute.

ALEXANDER CALHOUN

Alexander (Alex) Calhoun is currently a research associate at ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern European History from Pomona College, in Claremont, California, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.  Alex previously worked for a national real estate appraisal firm in San Francisco and a regional real estate appraisal firm in Palo Alto, California.  He has also worked as a data analyst for a Certified Financial Planning firm and as a real estate facilities planning strategist for a public relations firm.  Alex has been the principal project manager involved with the valuation of many property types, including office, retail, warehouse, research and development, microprocessor manufacturing, heavy industry, multi-family rental and for-sale residential, and vacant land.  His appraisals have been used for portfolio analyses, loan acquisitions, eminent domain proceedings, lease negotiations, litigation support, purchase negotiations, and tax appeals.

REYNOLD WONG

Reynold Wong is currently an appraisal researcher for ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC.  He has a software marketing and development background and was previously a product manager for Cisco Systems. Reynold holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
