Jeffrey Enright, MAI, is the principal of ENRIGHT
& COMPANY, INC. He has been active in commercial real
estate appraisal and consulting for more than 20 years. Prior to creating
the firm, Jeff was a Partner and Project Manager at Carneghi-Blum
& Partners, Inc (formerly Carneghi-Bautovich and Partners,
Inc.). His experience in real estate valuation extends across
a broad spectrum of property types, including office, research
and development (R&D), industrial, retail, residential
(single and multifamily), mixed-use, vacant land, and special
purpose properties including church, school, golf course,
mobile home park, open space, wetlands, and public use facilities. Jeff has
appraised real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area,
as well as within the California counties of Santa Cruz, Monterey,
Sacramento, and San Diego, and the states of Nevada, Arizona,
and Wisconsin.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of
California at San Diego, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
with department honors in Quantitative Economics and
Decision Sciences. He is a Member of the
Appraisal Institute, having been granted the MAI designation
in 1994, and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in
the State of California.
Jeff is a Director and Treasurer for the Northern
California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and has
served as the Chapter's Secretary;
the Chairperson for the chapter's Education and Courses
Committee; a member of the General Experience Review
Committee; and a panelist at Appraisal Institute seminars
and workshops on report writing and training appraisal
researchers. He has been Editor for SFBA
Focus (a publication of the Appraisal Institute's local
chapter) - to which he has contributed multiple articles -
and has chaired Appraisal Institute seminars on Assessment
and Mello-Roos bond financing and a workshop on appraisal
arbitration. Additionally, Jeff is a member of the
Urban Land Institute and the International Right of Way
Association.
Art Green joined ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC. as an appraisal
researcher/consultant in 2001. He is a licensed real estate
broker in the State of California, and is active in property
sales on the San Francisco Peninsula. Previously, Art worked
as a commercial/consumer lending consultant for Cupertino
National Bank and California Security Bank, and as a commercial
loan officer for Pacific Western Bank. He also has managed
bank branches for Bank of the West and Hibernia Bank.
Benjamin Becker joined ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC. in 2002, and
is currently a Project Manager. He previously worked for an
economic planning and consulting firm, as well as a commercial
and residential development company, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Benj received a Bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham
Young University, and plans to pursue an MBA in the
future. He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. In 2004, he was
a recipient of the Northern California Chapter's George and
Alberta Stauss Scholarship. Benj is a Certified
General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California.
MARTHA
HILL
Martha Hill joined ENRIGHT & COMPANY,
INC. in 2004 and is currently the Office Manager. She is a graduate of
the University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Sociology. She has extensive retail
background, having worked at
Nordstrom for five years as a Department Manager and Buyer.
Martha then worked for more than six years at Oracle Corporation
in Corporate Purchasing and Travel, where she served as the
Travel Services and Global Hotel Program Manager.
JOHN
ANDERSON
John
Anderson joined ENRIGHT & COMPANY,
INC. in 2007. He is a Certified
Residential Appraiser and an Associate Member of the Appraisal
Institute, and has been a licensed residential appraiser in
California since 1992. John is a graduate of the
University of California at Davis, with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Economics. He also has work experience in residential real
estate sales, property-casualty insurance, and as a Supply
Officer in the U.S. Navy.
SUNNY TONG
Sunny Tong joined ENRIGHT &
COMPANY,
INC. in 2008 as a Commercial Real Estate
Researcher/Appraiser Trainee. He has previous work
experience in government accounting and commercial banking.
Sunny received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San
Luis Obispo, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal
Institute.
